&lt;p&gt;이번 연구에서는 &lt;strong&gt;유사성 기반 가상 스크리닝&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;AI 예측 모델&lt;strong&gt;, 그리고 &lt;/strong&gt;분자동역학 시뮬레이션&lt;/strong&gt;을 결합하여 &lt;strong&gt;FAK(Focal Adhesion Kinase)&lt;/strong&gt; 활성화를 유도할 수 있는 신규 화합물을 발굴하였습니다.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;연구 주요 내용&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;
• 기존 reference compound를 기반으로 한 가상 스크리닝 수행&lt;br&gt;
• 도킹 시뮬레이션 및 딥러닝을 통해 후보 물질의 결합 친화도와 물리화학적 특성 분석&lt;br&gt;
• 상위 후보 물질에 대해 분자동역학 시뮬레이션을 통한 단백질-리간드 상호작용 평가&lt;br&gt;
• 수소 결합 분석을 통해 최종 후보 화합물 선정&lt;br&gt;
• 최종 선정된 화합물들은 기존 reference compound 대비 우수한 특성을 보임&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;해당 연구는 &lt;strong&gt;AI 기반 약물 설계 및 FAK 표적 활성화 전략&lt;/strong&gt;에 있어 중요한 가능성을 보여주었습니다.&lt;/p&gt;
