&lt;p&gt;In vitro, In vivo, In silico 연구를 통해  환자 유래 오가노이드를 포함한 2D, 3D 모델에서 대장암(CRC) 세포의 증식, 이동 및 줄기세포성을 세포와 오가노이드 기반, 그리고 docking simulation 을 통해 종합적으로 분석하였습니다.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;KMU-11342는 환자 유래 오가노이드를 포함한 2D 및 3D 모델에서 대장암(CRC) 세포의 증식, 이동 및 줄기세포성을 억제함으로써 강력한 항종양 활성을 나타냅니다. 이러한 효과는 부분적으로 p53/NF-κB 및 FoxO1 신호전달 경로를 통해 GSK3β와 CDK1을 조절함으로써 매개될 수 있다는 연구 결과를 얻었습니다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;간이식 환자의 조기 Bloodstream Infection 예측을 위해 머신러닝 분류 모델과 해석 가능한 Symbolic Regression(SR) 기반 위험 모델을 개발하였고, AUC 0.53-0.64 수준의 성능을 보여주고 있습니다. SHAP 해석과 통계 분석을 통해 EBV/HBV 관련 바이러스 혈청 지표가 기존 검사 지표 외에도 중요한 위험 인자 후보로 확인 되었고, 해석 가능한 AI 접근이 감염 위험 인자 탐색에 의미 있는 단서를 제공할 수 있음을 시사합니다.&lt;/p&gt;
